condensation in headlight
If you bought the car new and you know the headlight housings haven't been replaced with aftermarket ones, and if you're still in the warranty period, I would say yes, they should cover that as a defective headlight.
If for some reason they deny you, there's a product called windshield and glass sealer made by permatex. I had to re-seal the headlamp housings on my 1991 SE-R and that stuff dried *totally* clear, you couldn't see even a shadow of where the sealant was.

Same thing happened to my driver side it was done free of charge they had to replace headlight, bulb and ballast.
P.S Make sure they align the headlight before you pick it up.
