Hi guys!!!

I own an 2009 Honda Accord Euro CU1 Elegance Navi with a R20A3 engine... Same body as the TSX CU2, with one exhaust pipe and a 2.0l engine.
Problem: Today, the driver side mirror "decided" not to fold/unfold anymore while I can still hear the motor.
I tried to "force" it manually back in it's place (on the gear) with no succes...
Prior to this incident I didn't hear any strange noises from the mirror. (grinding, clicking, etc...)

Any idea how to take the mirror itself apart?
Can you guys help me fix this problem?
