possible driver's seat issue

Hi,
I've got some kind a weird movement of the backside of my driver's seat. It is moving back and forth about a 0.01 inch (very little) ,but enough to feel it when you hit the breaks or the gas from stop. I tryed to find that by other cars ,but could not. Could it be an issue or get worse in the future? Does anybody else experience that?

this is just an issue of, when any company makes thousands and thousands of products, not every one is going to be 100% absolutely positively perfect. Everyone has some small, minute aspect of their car that is "unique" (in a bad way :p)

don't sweat it.

Well , it is not that how much is moving, but the feeling. When you hit the gas or the breaks I feel this seat moving back and forth.

I had a loose bolt on the inboard side of the driverr's seat & that's the way it came. Try tightening the bolts that mount it to the floor, or loosen them, remove the seat, and tighten anything you see.

If you're hearing a thunk, it could be caused by the carpet compressing where the bolts are mounted in the floor and a 1/4 turn could resolve it.

For me, some things are just easier to deal with myself. I can be done with it for less hassle than taking it in.

Sadly, I just knew a search would reveal others with the same issue and my driver's seat just started doing the same damn thing out of the blue this week.

I have to admit that I am about sick of this car and will probably unload it much sooner than later:

NOT happy at all and I expected a lot more, especially being a loyal Honda/Acura owner for over a decade now and loving the quality of their products.
