Hi, I just signed up to pass something along that might help a 2G TSX owner. If you still have your original hard plastic wiper blades which use 10m thick replacement rubber refills, you can only get these refills at the dealer AFAIK. To that point, the part numbers are:

DRIVER SIDE: 76622-SLN-A12 Rubber, Blade (600MM)
PASSENGER SIDE: 76632-SHJ-A12 Rubber, Blade (550MM) - Acura only

The driver side refill can be purchased at a Honda dealer as well as Acura however the passenger side is an Acura exclusive part number. As I don't like to drive a lot farther to the Acura dealership, I buy everything possible from the closer Honda dealer. I found a perfect cross reference for the identical passenger refill, it fits 2008- 2010 Odyssey and the HONDA part number is:

76632-SHJ-A11 Rubber, Blade (550MM) - Honda only

I've installed it and can find no difference. Maybe there's a slight material difference not visible to the naked eye but it works fine. I much prefer this type of wiper blade to the metal frame or beam type aftermarket options. HTH.

Just wanted to confirm. I did the same a few years back for my 2010 and have the same part numbers written down. Probably time to replace again!

76632-SHJ-A11 550mm

 

I went to buy another 76632-SHJ-A11 passenger wiper insert for a 2012 TSX and my Honda dealer says it now supersedes to the "Acura number" 76632-SHJ-A12. I had to order it but will update here if it arrives with the new number on the bag. Honda part numbers and supersessions can be crazy.
