low beam headlight very dim

Hi guys, my first post here. Moved from a Nissan to Acura. This is a 2010 version, basic model. 8 year old. The passenger-side low beam became very dim recently. Could this be the bulb or the ignitor? I watch a couple of videos about replace the headlight bulb, it looks that we have to take off the bumper, is this correct? OEM parts are very expensive, any recommendation on getting off market parts? Thanks in advance!

troubleshoot....
take a known good bulb, ie; driver side...and switch it to the passenger side....

and yes, ALL modern cars will need the bumper to be taken off to access the headlights...UNLESS you can contort your hand(s) up through the wheel well...
again, all modern cars are designed like this. not just acura...

Few exceptions, but not many... I found out the hard way too... Both of my old cars weren't this way...

Thank you guys! about buying the parts, any suggestion? OEM is not cheap, does it worth it?
If buying off market bulbs, what parameters am I looking at? like the color temperature kind of things.
Ebay seems to have very good prices. do you recommend to go there?

Thanks!
