Loose Center Console Armrest

Loose Center Console Armrest
Hey guys!
The center console on my 2010 TSX is loose. I've been trying to figure out where exactly the screws are to tighten it up. The issue itself seems to be a known issue as there is a TSB (12-014) on it. However, the TSB says to replace the whole console...something that I don't think makes sense to do just because there is some lateral movement. I asked my dealer if they knew how to tighten it, and (surprise, surprise) they told me they'd do it for the low cost of $62.50. This leads me to believe that the whole part doesn't necessarily have to be replaced and can instead be tightened (unless of course, the dealer had no idea what they were dealing with...).
I was wondering if any of you DIYers have encountered this issue or maybe know about how to fix it.
I've uploaded a video to demonstrate the problem.
Thanks!

I dont have a TSX but from your video, play looks like its coming from hinge.
the manufacture who made that piece didnt have tight enough tolerences...and seems like a gap or something in the hinge itself.
you might be able to find that gap in the hinge and apply some felt or a peice of card board without preventing it from closing

I had this TSB, and IIRC, they just replaced the lid. I think it is something wrong with the spring/hinge in the back. I am not really sure how they would tighten that, but I am sure they will tell you they will (and not actually do anything) for the low, low price of $60.

Thanks for your help and suggestions, guys! Justnspace, I think you're right. If the TSB says to replace the whole thing instead of just tightening up a screw, I guess it's pretty obvious that the screw is inaccessible. It looks like I'll be trying to add something in that space to stop the movement.
Blacktsxwagon, I'm sure they would have at least fiddled around with it for the $60
