Leaking Struts 2011 TSX 4 Cylinder

What is the best brand of struts to purchase for a leaking rear strut? Also, would it be wise to replace just the strut or the struts, shocks, springs and mounts?

With koni you can also lower the car ! Damping is adjustable

there are perches 10mm apart. HARDLY lowering it. and to change where the springs sits, complete disassembly is needed.
so, not as easy as your post implies. lol
