Can anyone else hear the gas sloshing around in the tank when you come to a stop? Usually I hear it when I park or if I have the radio down I hear it when i just stop at a stop light or traffic light. First car that I've owned that I was able to actually hear the gas moving around in the tank. Is this normal or do I need to take it in to be checked?

 

Mine does the same thing so I assume thats normal.....one advantage is that you don't have to check your gas gauge as often...if you don't hear the 'sloshing sound', head to your closest gas station, you are running low...

I hear the same thing too on my TSX.

 

Have the same problem but I noticed that it is only happening with the tank full, if it 75% and less then no splashing sounds, so I keep my gas level below 75%.

 

Damn you guys have some good hearing. I can't hear much of anything from the tank, but then again, I'm over 40 and with all the loud music and shop tools for X number of years it's a miracle I can hear a fire truck.
