ok so today i had 3 tsx come in with this problem... so if any one has problems with there gas lid here is the solution


Fuel Fill Door Is Hard to Open

SYMPTOM
When the fuel fill door is pressed, the release latch
does not disengage. The problem may be intermittent,
and it usually only occurs when the door has not been
opened for at least a day.

PROBABLE CAUSE
There is not enough clearance between the fuel door
lock tab and the release latch.

CORRECTIVE ACTION
Trim 1 mm of material from the top of the fuel door lock
tab.
