Engine idle and AC

I want to know if it's bad to keep my engine and ac on while parked for about 45 min-1hr at max on my 2012 tsx? I like to take a nap during lunch and/or just chill in my car but i turn the ac on since it's hot(Socal weather). Other than wasting gas, is there any other concerns I should have?? I won't do it anymore if it is harming my engine or anything else on my car? Please advise.

Thanks

Aside from wasting a lot of gas, as you already mentioned..I don't see why it would.

^lol.

it can cause moisture to build up in the exhaust.
but a simple way of getting rid of that is to drive on the freeway.

i've done it many times, its fine. but nap in the passenger seat or back. if you leave the car on and fall asleep in the front, you may wedge your foot against the gas pedal

HOLY CRAP!!!!! reminds me on how the dealerships were instructed to 'kill' the cars that were traded in during the Cas For Clunkers program.
