so i changed my daytime running light bulbs to led's today, and they turn on and look great, but im getting a "check drl" error messege on the dash. can this be fixed? whats the secret? i already tried disconnecting the battery. thanks and i will definately post some pics when i have a chance.

 

Sorry i dont know how to fix that. That's exactly why im hesitant to change anything with the lighting

 

im usually dont like messing with electrical either, but ive heard from another AZ member that i may need to get load resistors. due to the led's run at a lower wattage.

 

I'm pretty sure its the wattage, LEDs run @ a much much lower wattage than halogen. Google for websites that sell LED bulbs and see if they have a solution.
