Woke up this morning to see my mirror broken off and scratches all over the side of my car...

i ordered the replacement OEM piece for about 380$ online and i was thinking about installing it myself to save some money. anyone know how to or have scans of the service manual? it's a 2012 TSX base model

i found some old scans of older acura models but i'm not sure if itd be the same. what I'm most curious about is if i have to remove the door panel to install it.

if anyone can offer any tips/help itd be greatly appreciated!

when i lived in a townhouse, the garbage men were dragging trash cans between cars. (the big green curb side ones)

they put scratches all over the side of my car one day.
i was FURIOUS but couldnt prove they did it.

 

no i live in a normal two family house (brooklyn, ny) with no driveway (sadly). worst part was, i didnt get home till 6am that night. woke up at 11am to find this..so the driver must have been retarded. plus i parked on a big two way street (although on the corner)...

950$ in body work to fix to perfect (two doors and quarter panel), or 450$ to fix the main damage thats on the rear corner panel, and just buff up the doors.

if my week couldnt have gotten any worse, i ordered the mirror from oemacuraparts.com and the mirror came in this morning and the fedex box was all beat up..and i open it up to find a corner of the mirror base to be broken. since its friday, now i gotta wait till tuesday to get the replacement from them since they need one business day to order it.
