Driver visor mirror light wont turn on

So i was swaping the little fuse light bulbs on my visor mirror lights. Passenger side changed with no issues, but when i went for the driver side i noticed it won't turn on... This was during the day and i heard the car has sensors so it won't turn on sometimes until night but is this the case for tsx 09 visor lights? If not, should i remove the 2 screws inside the plastic cover of the lights and check the circuit? Or is it a simply fuse on the fuse box?

Did you swap in LEDs? If so, you probably swapped the polarity. Just take it out, flip it over, and put it back in. Then try again.
