Defective VSA alert

I just had the Vehicle Stability Assistance replaced in my new 2009. (less than 3000 miles). It seems some of the sender units are defective. I would occasionally get a warning on the computer display on start up, not the icon on the dashboard.

I had the same issue. The VSA message would pop up from time to time. I finally took the car to Acura last week and found out that I had a faulty YAW sensor. It was covered under warranty and I haven't had a problem since then.

same thing with mine. I was getting the intermittent VSA light that would come on and off, then finally it just stayed on. Took it to the dealership and they found it to be a brake sensor that went bad. They replaced it and I never had the problem happen again...

So, I'm saying maybe it isn't the VSA unit and it is something else that is legitimately tripping hte sensor.
