Beeping noise every 15 seconds

I have a 2010 Acura TSX and yesterday it started beeping/chiming every 15 seconds. The noise is similar to when you lock the car, but a little higher pitched.

This happens when I am driving, stationary and whether the car is one or off. Anyone every have this happen before? Suggestion?

Thanks in advance.

Whether the car is on or off? Could it be coming from a cell phone forgotten under a seat that is giving a "missed call" alert, like a motorola?

disconnect the battery if you cant find it and get desperate. that will tell you for sure if its the car. unless someones watch got sealed up in one of the seats at the factory!

hmmm. interesting. Anyways, did you hit the car recently? like a curb or something? some say that the cd player could be doing it. Try popping out all the cds and putting them back in...

If you're serious then we need more info.

You say it does it all the time. Key in? Key out? Doors closed? An hour after you've turned the car off? In the morning before you get in?

Siince the OP hasn't been back I assume that he's found the problem and is too embarassed to admit what it was.

well since he won't admit it, I will. I was having a similar issue except it would be about once every minute once I came across this thread and reading some of the posts and someone have suggested that I just disconnnect my battery I thought it was the stupidest thing then I realized that I had bought a cheap Casio watch and it was in my glove box and it was running some sort of lap timer and it would beep every minute so thanks guys and yes I'm willing to admit that I'm a dumbass

lmao

No one's implying or calling you a dumbass; no need to admit such a thing. Glad you found your issue though. I would've gone insane hearing that noise every minute in the car.
