So does anyone know how I access the rear hatch internal washer fluid line? Mine is leaking when I try t use the rear hatch washer.

You'll likely have to drop the headliner, or at least the rear edge of it, to access the hose. Here's the parts diagram, showing how and where the hose runs:

The area it is leaking from is the top piece in the hatch. The line runs up the passenger side of the car and crosses over into the hatch at the hinge. So what i'm asking is how do I remove the trim from the inside of the hatch?

Gotcha. I downloaded a 2009 TSX factory service manual, but I'm not aware of one for the Sport Wagon specifically, so here's an image of a 2014 tailgate which shows where the line runs:




And the interior trim:




Looks like you might just be able to remove piece #5 to access the hose?
