ABS & VSA system

I had the pleasure of driving the 2G TSX for 6 days in which I logged just over 1k miles. I must say it was quite a pleasure to drive and didn't have any noticeable rattles or unusual noises.

However, this morning while returning from work navigating this snow storm the MID warning lights popped up with "Check ABS System", and "Check VSA System". I immediately called my dealer (Park Acura) and notified them of the issue. Since the car was still drivable, and I was confident enough in my driving abilities I opted to drive the car back to the dealer rather then wait 2-3 hours for a tow.

Anyone have any idea what would cause this type of error/failure?

I have pictures... not the best b/c they are off my cell... I'll add them as soon as I get them uploaded.

BTW, they put me in a 09 RDX till the end of next week.

Did you get this resolved? What was the cause? I just received the 'Check VSA System' error on my 2G TSX. The car only has 700 miles on it, so I'm kinda confused on why I'm getting this message already. It has happened twice so far, this past Sunday morning and this afternoon. The temp has been about 60-65, so that shouldn't be the cause. I'll get the message right after I start the car and put it in drive. Once I park and turn the car off, I'll turn it back on and put it in drive and the message disappears. Any ideas? I'm going to be calling Acura tomorrow to make schedule service, cause this shouldn't be happening on a car with only 700 miles on it.

I was told by my service advisor that they resolved the issue by reflashing the ECU.

Good luck and let us know what you find out.
