04 TSX spark plugs

I want to replace the plugs on my 2004 tsx. It has 120,000 miles on it and the plugs have never been replaced. Looking for a recommendation on plug brand and how to gap and tighten the plugs myself so that there are no issues caused by the replacement. Is this as easy as it sounds?
