Update: After the TSX
#167
Nice interior but lack of performance or just the necessities of a track car? I ditched the heated power leather lounge chair for Recaros.
Edit: I see you came from an S2k, I used to own one as well. I guess comfort becomes a priority after owning that car. Driving experience was what I loved about the S2K and my biggest gripe with the TSX was lack of driver feel and involvement. The TSX is comfortable but I always felt like I was driving my wife's Camry.

That depends on your priorities.

i kinda go back n forth on sports cars/sedans.
the evo is awesome but for 35k+ it should at lest come with some insulation or a little leather. aside from the recaros,, the interior is plastic.
idk i realize youre really payinng for perfomance on it but i also think they could update the interior a little.
10 years ago, that inerrior would be worthy of a 35k car.
not so much nowdays when even 15k scions come with more.
ive bought my share of performance over comfort cars but the evo just seems to keep skippping out on the int over n over again.
it looks like they havent updated it since the first one.

congrats on the evo purchase.
Funny I just traded my EvoX in for the tsx lol. Be sure you upgrade the master cylinder to the magnus kit especially if you have an aftermarket clutch in the evo. It is a matter of time until that plastic stock on will fail on you.
Also if you are interested, I need to get rid of my tactrix cable and evoscan unit, which allows you to flash your ecu and clear any codes.
The evoscan will allow you to monitor your parameters on a small touchscreen unit, boost, airfuel, timing, engine knock, etc

Haven't made much progress on the Evo except an HKS intake but did work on the changing the Z from black to white. Vinyl wrapping the entire car except the roof.
Edit: These new pop up flash ads are annoying as fawk.
