The car felt a lil sluggish lately and knowing honda batteries suck. I decided to invest in a deep cycle battery. I had bad experiences lately with optimas so i went back to my favorite, die hard From sears. I got The platinum deep cycle battery in group 35 size being that it doesnt come in our 51r size. Prettey easy swap Just have to get a larger battery tie down From pepboys and remove battery plastic surround pieces. I also upgraded all my grounds and added a few more to The motor. Car is a lot more responsive, lights are brightrr and system is sounding better also.




Oh i also got my grille back From The Shop yesterday. I filler primed and flat blacked The honeycomb mesh today. Will install it sunday.

Nice update, always wondered does a grounding kit give noticeable improvements?

Totally agree that Honda batteries suck, in the winter time they struggle HARD to get the starter going

TJay, how much does your friend do paintmatching for? My friend found a place in brooklyn that does it too. Just trying to compare prices for if/when I buy a decklid spoiler.

also, any updates on who stole your roof spoiler? or did they mysteriously disappear..

Pyro i did not forget about you i will talk to him when he gets back From florida. He charged me $100 to paint The front lip, grille and my roof spoiler. If The person that stole my first one has a brain he has heard who he stole From by now and either sold it or threw it out. Either way whoever i catch with it is getting a beating and possibly losing their car.

Front lip, grille and roof wing are lighter. The pearl paints are a bitch to match up.

Parts came out lighter but im debating on painting the whole car taffeta white or candy apple red. the red is my air horns they got a coat of flat black after the pic was taken. Gonna probably order the modulo grille from europe soon nothing fits better then oem.

I have the c-mod grille..bought from terdbath for $40 +15 shipping- I painted it gunmetal- I actually like how T-Jays car turned out- but that gap is really bothering me if you can see it in pictures it's probably worse in real life...second guessing the install now...

any one willing to buy ahem ahem maybe trade for atlp grille plus cash ahem ahem ED??

lol the atlp grille has a gap as well bro, check my build thread and see if that gap botherse you. then pm me. i might have another grille plan so might actually part out the grille (keyword: maybe)

Grille will be up for sale in the market later today. Debating on removing the lip also. Stock grille is gonna get a gloss gunmetal finish to match my rims and reinstalled for now.

The only thing im gonna take a loss on is the paint. If i sell it i will for what i got it for. I like it just turned away by the way the paint dont match up right. Debating on flat blacking it. Or trading it for something worthy.

Im gonna repaint The grille and lip plus the stock grille pieces, but leave The car at The body Shop so there is no excuse. See what looks better. Maybe they can make it fit better also. Im also gonna change my Wheels. Tired of The lms gonna get some 20”s
