RDX Wheels with 245/40/19

Hey everyone. Had my TSX for about four years and bought these RDX wheels as soon as I purchased the vehicle. I told myself I'd wait until the factory tires needed replacing, and 55K miles later it was finally time to get them mounted. Went with 245/40/19 Conti DWS06's instead of the Cooper Zeon's and I'm so happy with the decision. The 06's have a much stiffer sidewall than the original DWS. I also love the 245/40 profile. It add's about .3" of height but fills up the wheel gap so nicely.

Anyway, take a look and let me know what you think. Thanks!

Love it. Wow those 19" wheels are really what the car needs. How does the car like the 245 tire? I'm due for tires soon (still rocking the factory Michelins).

How do you like the window visors? I was thinking about picking some up.

Yes, the wheels look so much more natural than the OEM 17s with huge tires. It loves them, especially with the DWS06s. The sidewalls are nice and stiff compared to the original iteration of DWS... I used to have them on my previous Mazda 6. The factory Michelins lasted me 55K miles which is absolutely crazy. Overall the driving and handling is incredibly improved, so I would say that the car loves the 245s.

I love the visors. WeatherTech products are incredible and these are by far the best ones I've had on any vehicle. They hold well, don't rattle, and are fitted just for this car. A little pricey, but absolutely worth it.

You're welcome. I hope this inspires people to go this route, because this combo fits the 09-13 TSX so well.

That looks really good! Would you be willing to sell it? I'm looking for that exact car with a manual transmission. If you're interested do let me know.
