PWP TSX w/ TSW Nurburgrings

just put them on yesterday.. surprisingly I feel no ride comfort difference between the OEM 17's and these 18's. Tire size = 225/45/18. Discount Tire Direct TPMS worked w/o an issue also..

I have a 100k mile bumper to bumper.. and I don't feel like swapping springs anytime there is an issue.. so yes stock ride height (although I'm soooo tempted to drop 1").

and yes.. Ecsta LS Platinum b/c of the 60k tread warranty of them. Essentially if I even say they wore to fast.. I'm getting a significant discount on whatever set I want. So far no road noise, decent grip (no complaints thus far). Only driven like 50 miles on them though.. still breaking in.

i feel your temptation, and i goad you to succumb to the evil of springs

on + side someone with springs for 2 years checked in with no issues as of yet

Do the 1 inch! If you want to get an idea of how it will look check out my pics. I've got a 1 inch drop on Eibach prokits on 18's too.

I have several cars.. most of them dropped.. some absolutely slammed w/ full blown coil overs that cost an arm and a leg. Most only go back and forth to shows etc.. This car is actually meant to be a comfortable non-bad weather commuting car w/ a long warranty. Research made me feel that the Tein springs (.8 drop front) might actually be just as soft (or maybe comfortable that OEM). But the pain of swapping back and forth is probably just to much (if there ever was an issue). My RSX-S has survived 50k w/ every bolt on possible, springs (but no upgraded struts). I believe it will not harm the struts.. but I simply just don't want to be forced to swap them if a problem occurs.. If only they would warranty a pair of springs or a spring/strut package (then I'd be game). I upgraded the wheels simply b/c the 17" OEM's were God awful ugly.. (made my car look like a POS sitting next to low level Audi's, older BMW's etc..)

I am looking at possibly an aftermarket front grille but I don't like the designs they have out.. I cold probably design something better (but that would cost more than it's worth). I see the front grille as the standout point saying I'm not a 1st gen.. average people see it as.. well.. somewhat gawdy. I'm still looking.. hopefully someone will make ones that peaks my interest.. preferably one that can be partially painted.

btw: the hondata ECU plus JDM cams were worth their weight in gold (for the RSX-S). If they could create an ECU that did half as much as it did with the TSX I'd be game in a second.. that ECU made the HP smooth and strong.. (smooth like the TSX HP curve), but it also loaded alot of torque at that 2k-4500 area (which is what I'm dying to get). I've been emailing hondata for about a month now.. keep pushing

Hey there, what was the offset on the Nurburgring's you ran? I just bought a TSX Wagon and I'm thinking about running these, but trying to figure if they'll work;
