oem kit

Love your car!!

I am planning on buying a 09+ tsx next year. What is exactly the oem kit called? aero kit? Also does it fit 09-11? or is it for just 09-10? On the acura site the aero kit for 2011 is basically like a lip style. I hope you guys can help me on that one.

Thank guys.

oem kit is just called the aerodynamic kit or sport kit.. only have one that is available within north america.. the other kits are from europe or replica.. i think the bumper can be put on to the 11s but the grill might be different not sure as mine is only a 09.. hope that helps..

^The front aero bumper is available for 09-10 model (you replace the stock bumper), 11 has the wing lip spoiler (2 pieces) for the front ( installed onto the stock bumper).

The European and Japanese has the TypeS/GT lip spoiler -(one piece) for the front bumper (install onto the stock bumper) which I have installed on my vehicle.

^ Thanks 09TSXTech I did some research and its exactly what you said. Is the side skirt also replacable? I know it comes 4 piece, I was wondering if the 2 side skirts can be replaced if I didnt buy the aero package. Thanks.

You can buy the side skirts by themselves, although it may not flow very well. A number of members have just the rear and front aero bumpers only on their 09-10 model.

I have the rear aero bumper, side skirts (from Acura dealer) and front lip spoiler (UK Honda dealer) on mine.

Super clean! I really like the aggression the oem sports bumper adds to the car. Where'd you purchase the sports bumper from?

Are you running the BR type? What made you go with BC instead of Tein or some of the other brands...im still undecided of which coil system to go with. Toronto roads isn't too bad, but not as nice as Vancouver roads.

Tein coilovers really arent for people who want to slam their ride. Danew is lowered well over 3 inches, perhaps 4 i think he said..and the teins offer only a 2.1" drop max? And I think he had tein ss on his last car and did not like it.

yes the br type from the 08 accords.. got it from throwdownproductions. great guys over there and fast communication and shipment!

went with bc as i explained to ttk5 that teins suck for the basic entry levels. even the ss are garbage for what you pay. (well for me anyways cuz i lower the car way past recommended specs and they ride like crap)

thanks for making me feel good about toronto lol. driving there for the summer and spending some time in montreal. hope its a smooth drive

they are 19'' rims
