I first was looking at the Wilwood kit, but I didn't tho I the upgrade to Stoptech was bad. I have had some past experience with Wilwood in that their calipers didn't have some sealing making them really suited more for dry weather only/track. Also, i didnt want basic black calipers or pay the extra to get red. My brother has a set of $toptech Trophy which only come in anodized aluminum calipers, and they are awesome and light. This street set in silver will at least look similar and match the factory rears.
The brakes are supposed to arrive on the 19th, so I'm going to see if I can get some install time on the 20th.

The brakes are absolutely awesome. The two best changes on the car have been the rear sway bar and these brakes, both items incidentally were upgrades on the 3G TL when choosing the 6MT. In other words, THIS is how it should have come from the factory. Now about that LSD.... The pads definitely create more dust, but that is to be expected.

Utah, I very much agree. I kinda wish that I had my wheels all about 5mm more flush, but it's at least modest enough that I'm not rubbing anywhere. I can't tell you how much I love love LOVE the brakes.

I need to take real pictures of it, but I just put on the 19" RDX wheels and tires I've had for several years. Turns out they don't clear the Stoptech brakes, but I had planned on putting spacers on anyways to get them as flush as the Volks. 10mm up front and 20mm spacers in the rear does the trick. For now, there's just this cell phone pic to get an idea. It still has too small of tires that were for a 3G TL 235/35/19 instead of 245 or 255 that will go on instead.

1. Spacers are not necessary with OEM brakes. At the beginning of the thread, I first had RDX wheels on one side of the car and Volk on the other just to see how they'd look.
2. Yes, they look sunken in but not as bad as the stock wheels. I have noticed that the rears take a 10mm spacer on the rear to equal the front wheel fitment, but then the rear fender needs to be rolled. Since the RDX wheels width & offset made it 10mm sunken in, I moved the 10mm spacers from back to front and added 20mm on the rear. If you want a bit of hellaflush, go with 20mm front and 30mm rear.
3. Still have them. The front right tire has a crack in the sidewall, so i'm going to order a new one, put the Continental DWS tires on these to be a winter set, refinish the Volks, and likely put a more summer tire on them.
4. Ichiba

Dude! What a Superwagon! Some one just told me only 17 were sold in Colorado. That doesn't make a lot of sense, considering they sold for 3 years. Sure glad I have one. Does any one know how many were sold nationally?

Thanks, guys. Sorry I'm just getting back on here. Azine's email notification system still frustrates me. My dad passed away on 3/10, so things have been a bit hectic over here taking care of his business affairs. So basically, no "real" photos yet.
BBK is plug and play. Basically it takes a custom bracket to fit the standard Stoptech caliper to the car. I have found that it changes the clearance for wheels as mentioned above. I don't know what the RDX wheels clearance over stock was, but I needed maybe only 3mm spacer to clear the Stoptech. 10mm make them fit fairly flush and now plenty of clearance.
It came with rotors, pads, and SS brake lines
I did replace all brake lines to SS while I was doing the work and replaced the fluid with Motul. ABS does not get affected at all other than with better braking, it does not engage nearly as readily. I hate the stock brake feel how it pulsates when braking remotely hard. Not any more.
