You should probably get a roll bar rather than a roll cage. The roll cage will likely kill you if you don't have a helmet on when you fuck up (or get fucked up).

Do you have an RSB? You should probably get that first.

It weighs more than you'd think. But certainly negligible at this stage.

 

I dunno, i stripped it out of our older ody once for cleaning and runnign wires under and stuff and it didn't really weight that much

 

I do need a foot panel... Fuck the passenger.

The Ody's floor is more flat so there's prolly less foam and shit combined so less weight. I have yet to lift the carpet after it dried so I'm not really too sure how much it weighs lol but weight savings is weight savings :P

If you're serious then (than?) you need to get to work with the dry ice and chisel to break up all the sound deadening crap stuck to the floor.

I bet you save 10 lbs with the carpet out and get another 10-15 lbs from the deadener.

how did you wrap the ashtray and outlet lids? did you take them out or wrap them in place?
