Kait's Build Thread
30%!? They look much darker.. I ended up getting 15% all around on mine and I might have to get my 2 front windows re-done. I have been driving around with my sunroof open to shine more light in. I feel like I am bound to get pulled over.
I had 15% on all my other cars and it didn't look as dark as they do on the TSX. I have pics of mine posted on my progress thread.

I like the yellow, When the car is lowered you will have more of it projected on the ground. It'll look really cool, I'm considering going yellow myself, Although I love the bright white, Every car in my rear view has 5000+ Hids top and bottom, Im no different ;(
Thanks for posting Dave. Didn't get pulled over. Lol
And thanks for that pic! Submitting that one to the company.
And yes... 30%. In pics it looks darker than in person.

I don't know.. I guess a lot of people with 2nd gen TSX/8th gen Accord realllyy want those coils. Tein isn't giving any estimate of when they will have more -.-
I will do! Yes, I am definitely doing the overlays. Just not sure if I will buy my own on ebay or have my tint shop do it. They do it for $30.

Kait,
order here...take a piece of plain paper, hold it up to your fog and use your nail to go around the edge to create a template. Then transfer it to the back of the vinyl, cut it out and apply it one edge to the other (to avoid bubbles). Cheap and easy...leave a slight area around the edges to allow heat to dissipate to avoid the browning from theat heat.

After the tsunami, there has been a shortage of a lot of japanese built parts IIRC...check with kuruma motoring on ebay. I've bought my last 3 suspensions from there...SOMEONE out there has a set in stock.

^^ Thanks
Yeah, it's not on my high list of priorities, but I will be doing it eventually. I'd probably rather have my tint shop do it so that it looks legit. It'll probably look dumb if I try to do it, lol.

No problemo!
Well, what I've learned over the years is that just because you're paying someone to do something, doesn't mean they'll do a better job than you would (and usually they don't). lol...

That's also why I do my own mods...plus, I still have a broke high school modder mentality.

Most vendors dont necessarily carry stock, instead when they receive an order they just place an order of their own from Megan and have it sent to you, I believe in this case Megan is out, since I have heard other people comment about the fact that Megan Ez for 08+ Accord is on backorder, so you may be out of luck unless you can find a vendor that MAY have one in stock
im home now(birthday weekend, celebrations started *officially* 3 and a half hours ago) i'll PM you my number, just let me know if you wanna meet up and i'll put them in for you
Dave -- thanks but relax and enjoy you're weekend I'm not making you do this again, lol. I'll get around to it .. eventually.
I am going to just wait out the coils. My friends shop ordered them and I am trying to give them business. I don't have a problem waiting, I just hope I don't have to wait TOO long

I'm really sorry to hear that about your friend...could have been worse, can ALWAYS be better! I wish him a speedy recovery!
Kait, don't sweat it, I'm sure there are plenty of mechanics that are itching to get their hands on your headlights...
On a serious note, I agree with giving friends the business...but how long is a "long" wait?!?! How long have you already been waiting on the suspension?
