Goodbye '09 GM, hello '11 PWP
I was going to wait until I did all my mods before posting, but I couldn't resist:
Picked up on Friday, just trying to break it in gently for now. The biggest difference is the steering... so light! Well, have to get back to work, more to come later.

Mannnn, your Grigio was the reason I wanted the wife to look for a Grigio. True we ended up in CBP, but that's just how the cards fell.
So what's in the works for the PWP??

^I am sure he did, as well as the eibach springs.
Congrats, MrOto.... My lease got extended till Dec 2011, but I will buy mine off unless the 2012 SE model w/6MT becomes available in Canada. As of now, if I want Tech, only 5AT up here in the Great White North.

Thanks for all the comments, guys. So far I'm liking the car a lot more than the Grigio, probably because it's exactly what I wanted versus three years ago when I compromised on the color. The engine seems to be a lot smoother. The footwell lights are brighter.
If I had to complain I would say the navigation has some things that seem backwards, i.e. the volume control no longer appears on the big screen. Also, you have to actually be on the map screen to give a voice command to find something. On the old system, you could use the voice command on any screen.
I'm still ambivalent on the pink tail lights. I think they will be alright with my red lugs, but don't know yet. I removed the chrome piece on the back to put my LEDs in, and it's basically a thicker piece than the '09. Unfortunately, it's not a drop-in because of the back-up camera. They extended it for the chrome piece, so if you put an '09-'10 piece on there the camera will stick out too much.
Yes, I still have my wheels after not having any luck selling them. I will put them on this car, along with the red lug nuts. I'm excited about the finished look. Other planned mods include H&R coilovers and the CT-E icebox. If the negative camber is too much, then I'll get the camber arms. That's it. The car should be plenty fun to drive after those.
You could say I got 3/4 of the sport package: front, rear, and side spoilers, but no decklid. I liked my old car without the decklid, so decided to go that route again.
Believe it or not, the BMW advisor had my credit card number down for a deposit on a 335is for $1K under invoice. (Un)fortunately, they were not able to get an order slot in, so I went back with my first love. There are just so many things to love about this car, and I've been spoiled by them. Sure, I'd have fun driving the 335, but unless I wanted to pay an arm and a leg, I'd be missing out on a bunch of features as well.
I was also tempted to wait for the 2012 SE, and was especially curious about the black headliner. But, I didn't like being in limbo and the dealer gave me a great deal, so I went for it. I did ask about 6MT, but it was pretty much impossible to get, so I stayed with the 5AT.
Again, thank you all for your support. I'm glad to stay in the family. As others have mentioned, Acurazine is one of the best car boards out there. I was on the BMW board for awhile and it just wasn't the same. I'll post more pics once I have my wheels on!

A beautiful morning this morning, and a slightly better view of the body kit:
So far I think I still like the Aero bumper more, but that might change once the car is dropped. We'll see... thanks to everyone as usual for the comments, and have a great hump day!

Yes, sorry guys, I was not clear. The Aero bumper as we knew it on the '09 and '10 where it's just a one-piece bumper is no longer available for the '11. It's just a couple of pieces on each side of the stock bumper on the 2011s. This is because they reduced the size of the grill, which necessitated an increase in the width of the plastic next to the grill. Since the Aero bumper and the grill are separate pieces, the '11 grill will not fit.
That said, I had considered buying the Aero bumper, then getting a '10 grill or the Modulo grill, but that would've been too expensive. I also didn't want to mess with changing it back at the end of the lease. Here's a frontal view:

Thanks Tech, I agree. I'm not going to put the Eibachs back on; I think I'm done with springs because they're such a pain to remove/install.
I ordered H&R coilovers from Tire Rack a while back, but they're special order so I'm just patiently waiting for them.
