wow I'm very, very impressed!

The mods are all very tastefully done and all flow well together, especially the rims and rear spoilers.

Got any pics of the black trim kit? Any plans to do the rear bumper too? I think the sides line up well with the rear as it is already

do you have any plans to tint your taillights red?

i like the rims

so once when you get the OEM rear, you can no longer use your mud guards?

Nice pictures man, that front lip does wonders to the stock bumper. Everything looks perfect. I suggest leaving your grille chrome because if your paint match it your crossing over into more of a sporty/tuner look but I like VIP.

Nice and tastefully done

I like the front lip spoiler also, want to justify the cost to get it shipped over from the UK (it's over $600 to Canada which is how much the front aero bumper would cost me here). It looks great on your CBP.

Congrats and keep up the good work.

I plan to get the Acura version of the modulo grill that Heel Toe is working on. I probably want to get the middle horizontal piece chromed. it would flow with the rest of the car.

It should be less than $200 USD to ship it anywhere. I paid $120-130 for shipping to Florida. The box literally weights 10 pounds and they shipped it through UPS. just ask Lings to ship through UPS instead of Freight.

Your car looks great. I have a question though, why do people put a wider wheel on the rear than the front on a front wheel drive car? Also, with the 1" wider wheel, why did you put the same width tire as on the front?

Well, for rear wheel drive cars. its for performance. for my purpose since our cars are FWD, its purely aesthetics. With same size wheels and tires, usually the rear wheels will sit more in than the front, so by having wider wheels and lower offset, the front and back look equally flush. Also for wheels with lips, having a deeper lip in the rear wheels, makes the car look more aggressive.

So basically, its mainly for looks.

I have the same with tire, because the back is really tight, so I mildly stretched the rear tires so the setup will cleanly fit without any rubbing, I also rolled my fenders just in case, I can still pull out the wheels another 15mm with no issues, I plan on doing 10mm.

If you closely look at cars, its not the body kit or spoilers that gives it the overall aggressive look, its the stance. how flush and clean the wheels sit along with the suspension setup.

hence the popular quote .."its all about the offest", haha

I figured that much. From a performance standpoint, this stance is counter productive on FWD cars. I guess I have never really thought about the aesthetics. Thanks!

These are are not rockets.. so I chose to lean towards more of aesthetics and look rather than performance. Yeah, since the rear wheels are heavier..I'll prob lose some performance, nothing significant though.

Looks really good, my favorite picture is number 6.

So, 245/35/20 on S-techs fit, and the S-techs have the largest drop (vs. H-tech and Eibach pro-kit and possibly H&R) - do you think you could have gotten away with not rolling your fenders? Compared to guys running 19s on 245/35/19s (including myself) I believe there is a 1 inch difference in total wheel diameter.

I'm really liking the 20s setups that you and Ichiro have shown us here on the forums. You guys might just be setting a new "standard" size for wheels on this car.

DAMN!!!!! Wow, I'm lost for words. Your car IS the NICEST of the 2Gs on this forum. No question about it. Who knew black could look so damn good.

Very nicely done. I looked at those wheels for my car. Now that I see them on your car I wish I had gotten them.

Maybe it's time for some new shoes...

Congrats.

same here. the ones ive been looking at are TenzoR Tenspec's which look similar to the M3 OEM wheels.

found a set of 19's for $600. they normally go for $900 for rims only.
