ed,
the lip that is on your car, did you install it yourself? or had someone else do it?
If you did it yourself, whats the difficulty level?
Ive been debating getting atleast the front for years now. I had these bookmarked forever. http://www.ebay.com/itm/280821338141...84.m1423.l2649

Im just worried about the fitment on the upper side and if it will be properly sealed.

hey, when i paid the shop to paint it, they installed it for me too so i did not do it myself. they used double sided tape, screws, and rivets.

as with all replica lip, the fitment isn't the best. it's a big hit or miss, mine fits pretty well untill it gets to the front part. shady _cu2 has the same problem as well, one of his side is popping off a little bit.

it definitely adds character to the car and i really like it, i just wish the fitment was a little better.

definitely not loud, but much deeper and aggressive than stock. sound is very noticeable during low rpms compared to stock. but when i rev it high, my intake kicks in and idk where the sound is coming from LOL

Funny thing I have been to quite a few places and they said these cannot be installed lol. Had to return them back to amazon. Anything I should know on the install?

they probably tell you, the magnaflow is a centered exhaust while our stock is slightly off to the side.

but any good exhaust shops could make it work. what they did is cut a little pass the muffler, so normally you can just unbolt the muffler and take out the muffler, they go just a little past that and just cut it off. then they bend a pipe in a way so that the magnaflow can sit perfectly centered. it only cost me 100 bucks for all that work.

review:

definitely not loud at all! but man, add a muchhhh more aggressive tone to the car! i would say it has the SUBTLENESS and loudness of a g35/37, but obviously different tone since we do have a i4 after all.

i can't do soundclip till next year guys, im about to go on vacation tomorrow
