agreed. OP should go with whatever he likes. Dennis if you want to see how 18" vs-xx look on our cars, check out shady_cu2's car. hes got some 18" green vs-xx's.

Hot pictures

I already knew the gold would look better on white, its just that the price for the wheels that I can get it for are is worth it. I would prefer burning black over the gold ones anyday, but like I said the price cant be beat! just saying.

Vs-XX are my favorite wheels after looking at wheels. Should just save up the money and go for burning black...those are my favorite

if they are a good deal, and fitment and size are all good, i'd just get it and powder coat them later. that's probably cheaper than buying brand new vs-xx in burning black

unless the size and offset are no bueno, then..well, no bueno.

good luck man!

The tape that comes with the spoiler, are they legit? The seller states that they are 3m but was wondering if I should order 3m automotive tape, scared the tape that came with it is cheap

tape it on with painter tape first to determine fitment i.e. so you know where to start to attach the spoiler so its even/symmetrical. I didn't use glue on mine just 3M tape BUT I do remember I was provided a very small bottle of primer that i was suppose to apply a small line where the tape was suppose to go. I only made a 2 inch line and gave up lol so its basically just tape holding my spoiler.
-To all you Florida members, don't go hunting for my car now!

thanks baozzer. I did some research on the TL forum. I am definitely replacing the tape wit 3M automotive molding tape.

In the instructions, it says leave it on for 12 hours and dont drive....is this true or can we take off once the spoiler is secure on? lol

the glue/tape should cure, and it helps if there are no down winds hitting the spoiler, especially at highway speed. most people tape down the spoiler to assure full clingability. in other words, attach how you want it to be attached(double sided 3m tape) then use painters tape over the top, so the ends being on the roof and on the rear windshield, and wrapping over the actually spoiler, to push it down and hold it in place. overnight should be fine

Can you confirm if its the same as Tobwac?
& i agree wl Dave, A trunk lip will finish it off, Defcon has the M3 sytle lip and he pulled it off. M3 sytle or oem style, Both will finish the look and make it look 10x better

thanks guys.

Where did Tobwac get his from?

Im thinking about a lookalike M3 spoiler rather than our OEM. I dont really like the edges of the OEM deck lid spoiler...too sharp.

Where can I get modulo(iono what modulo means) or type s kit? Ive been thinking about getting the body kit but I just dont know which one and where. Dealership is too expensive or is it not? Does anyone have pictures of the Type S Kit on?

modulo

It is the USDM body kit option. Kit is made by modulo. Thus modulo kit.

Type s

Essentially it is the SE kit. But for 09-10 the front lip was a solid 1 piece as opposed to the two piece fins on the 11-12 SE. rear and sides are identical to SE.
Just realized that this may have been a bad example. the side on this PWP is actually the modulo side. heres a better one

Theres no stopping FlipRizzi and his modding bug haha. I dont think you can run the 09-10 type s kit or modulo kit since you have a 11-12 grill. You will have to swap your grill for an 09-10. Then you can just swap on the modulo. But in order to run the type s front lip you will have to run an 09-10 oem bumper.

Modulo bumper can be bought painted at the dealership, ebay, etc.

09-10 type s kit has to be imported. i believe most got it from lings in europe

11-12 SE kit can be bought at the dealership unpainted. However, i have seen painted front fins on ebay

For the modulo kit how does the rear look like? And is it listed as Honda accord on eBay? Cuz I don't see any for tsx. Same with the type s kit

Hey Guys,
Its been awhile since I have been here. But today, I got my alignment done. I was told to get a camber kit on the rear of both wheels. SPC camber kit+installment from my place for both wheels for $500.00. Is this a good price? or is it too high? or if I should order the SPC kit myself and have the place install it for me?

sorry ksharp. didnt mean it that way. I was trying to find a picture of a full type s kit for Dennis to see. Yours is a mixture, therefore I said it was a bad example. Didnt mean that you car was a bad example of what a tsx should look like. Your cars freakin beautiful imo.
