Item described in auction as brand new and UNUSED. Item received shows multiple signs that this is not a new part. Item received shows multiple signs that the lip has previous damage therefore this is not a NEW and UNUSED item.

There are MULTIPLE places where the item has damage to the surface that cause the surface to be high and low. There are many chips in the surface also resulting in a high and low problem. Lip shows many scrapes as if item was previously damaged.

I have shown item to my body repair man who told me this lip will require a lot of work to make level due to excessive damage and will require body filler to fill in the damage which will crack. Professional opinion is lip is not useable without abnormal amount of work. Body shop man states lip should be smooth all the way through like how other parts of it are and that product should not come this way unless damaged.

Item is not a defect, it is NOT accurately described and should be the responsiblity of the seller to pay for shipping to fix the situation. Willing to accept partial of at least 50% refund from seller which would go to pay body shop man to fix problems with lip.

IMPORTANT NOTE: THE BOX THE ITEM CAME IN WAS NOT DAMAGED, WHICH MEANS THIS DAMAGE SHOWN WAS NOT THE RESULT OF POOR HANDLING BY SHIPPING COMPANY. ITEM WENT INTO THE BOX LIKE THIS AND THIS IS HOW I RECEIVED IT.

Its weird man, I've ordered like three poly lips from Ebay for the various other cars I've had and have never had any of them come like this. The seller says the item was dropped shipped directly from their vendor so hopefully they will work with me to get it resolved

Yeah mine came in perfect condition. Yours was def messed up when you got it. I think I'm still bitter that this piece worked out for so many people, but me. I hope the lip I'm making turns out awesome. That'll be the only benefit to the poly one breaking on me.

The seller is saying they can send me a replacement or give me a discount on the one I already have. I'm waiting to see if they're going to cover the shipping on the replacement.

This seller made things right by giving me a partial refund. They originally offered to ship me a replacement but at the end of the day I'm a reasonable person-I know shipping this thing back and forth would not only result in them losing a lot more money but also a headache for it. My body guy is going to fix the damage. Everyone is happy.
