Catman's 09 TSX
Pics of my new TSX. I wanted the Vortex Blue w/Taupe but there are none to be found in my area. Mine was the first TSX that my dealer sold. Nothing custom here all stock. This is my first TSX, I'm a long time Honda owner, I love the looks, especially the rear. Not sure about the new grill, I wish it were made out of steel and not plastic I guess time will tell as far as how it holds up. I only have some minor gripes. I wish there was an inside gas door release, next to the trunk release would've been nice the way it is currently set up is a bit of a pain. A power lumbar support and more inside storage for CD's would've been nice. The voice recognition system is nice but the jury is still out. I've had a few instances where it doesn't recognize what I'm saying. Changing the radio station to 1480 has been a chore no matter how I speak it 7 out of 10 times it wants to take me to 1380, I imagine it is just a matter of getting used to the system.
I'm leasing so I have no desire to add wheels or any thing at all like that, I'm happy with the wheels that are on it. 0-60 time....who cares, I bought it for my everyday car not to race at the track. The steering is very quick and light maybe a little to light. Overall I love the car it is very comfortable. I would have to rank it up there with my 1978 280Z that I purchased in 78 those were the best seats that I've ever been in as far as being functional and comfortable.

I haven't noticed until now ... did they move the door lock mechanism from the old-school post on the sill to a flip-thingie by the handle? If so,... bravo Acura.

that's always been something that bothered me--the old school lock post.

Here's a few more pictures. My lease is for 36 months and 12K miles a year. I put $5800 down and my lease payments are $376. I wanted a lower payment so I put more money down. My buyout at the end of the lease is $20K and change. For the record of the person who said I should've gotten black leather, I hate black cars and black leather....IMO

i just like the dark interiors cause it is easier to clean a darker interior, mostly dust the only problem with a dark interior. with a light interior, if someone spills soda in there, it's screwed if you don't clean it up right away.
i really don't like black cars anyways either though.

I think this is the first time seeing pics of a pearl white 09 for me. My favorite color!
Congrats on the purchase and welcome to acurazine.

Nice ride!
I just got my 2010 a few weeks ago. I thought about white. It looked really clean with the light interior. I opted for the Polished Metal instead. IMO it's the first Dark Grey that Acura's gotten right!
Pics to follow shortly!
