I tried searching for info of throttle body spacers on these threads but i couldn't find anything that exactly matches. My question is basically but also trying to get a consensus on what people think here.
Is it effective? gains? good brand/manufacturer? benefits with other mods? i don't know what else. but i'm just curious.

the car, it's just a simple 2010 tsx 2.4, on coilovers, rv6 downpipe, and hondata.

I was always on the belief that it didnt do anything because any air tuning happens in the intake manifold and not before it..

however, LHT performance has a video out with a dyno showing some gains...
(but one has to take it at face value because they were selling the spacers, so it could just be marketing to get you to buy it.)

it's an aluminum spacer, so it really doesnt matter what brand you buy...as long as it mates up to the throttle body...
and as you know, all mods work together in concert with each other, so if it does do something, then yes it work well with your other mods
