Has anyone here used the takeda stage-2 pro dry s intake? I hear good things about the cte icebox but not sure if I want to pay that much.

I have had the Takeda since it became available.

I have had no issues with it.

Is it overly loud when you accelerate?

Under normal conditions it isn't bad, but when you WOT, it makes itself known.

It sounds really mean. With a tune, and some changes to exhaust, it does make a difference.

^after my tune my intake sound has quieted down quit a bit. I'm still in the phase of tuning though so maybe the calibration im running isn't for full optimal performance. I like it though lol

I think I'll probably go ahead and order one. Thanks!

Like the hondata tune? Do you have to just find a shop that does those or can you tune it yourself?
