Successful RBC install!
Just wanted to share my success after two days of working with my limited mechanical ability (slowly but surely learning) on my RBC swap. I purchased my kit from axion (great guys, helped me whenever I needed it) with the adapter, port work on the manifold, ZDX throttle body, RDX injectors with a Ktuned fuel rail and the PRL 3.5" short ram intake. Everything looks great, sounds great and feels great and I can't wait to finish tuning with Vit. Anyone who hasn't dealt with either of these companies I highly recommend them if you're on the fence about any of their products, everything that came to me was of great quality and the support I got when it was needed was superb. Thanks again guys

I have reached out to vitviper twice now, trying to get the ball rolling on remote tuning, but I have not gotten a response.
What is required to start that conversation??
Awesome work by the way.
I have the same parts (manifold/tb) in my basement. Plan on getting it all installed in a few weeks....

You'll love it man! It changes the feel of the car for the better, big time. I ordered the tune off of vittuned.com before I got any emails and then sent him a list of all the modifications I have done so far, then the next morning had my initial map ready for me. Not sure why you haven't been able to contact him, but I hope he does get back to you because he seems to do really great work. I haven't sent a datalog to him yet because we discovered a failing water pump today but even the tune he sent me felt great driving back home

look good I was suprised how much better my car responded with just a manifold swap before I put the turbo on

The kit includes everything but that rail (note, this is the 2012+ Civic Si "race" SRI kit) but if you let him know you want the fuel rail on top of the kit he has no problem getting it for you, I got the rail and injectors in 2 days after my order.

Shorter runners, bigger plenum. Bigger opening for bigger throttle body.
RBC is the civic SI manifold. Superior to ours, in power building as RPM's climb, less falling on it's face, as it flows freer than ours.

Great job. Does your manifold cover still fit over everything or is it all exposed like that forever?

I do not believe it will, the mounts will not line up. The cover mounts to the manifolds.
However, please verify if at all possible. If a cover is really wanted, maybe an 06-11 Si cover will meet requirements??

Not a lot to report yet as I had to stop tuning for a while, my last datalog before today I attempted in a 30cm snow storm (Didn't work great lol) and after that just had a lot going on and didn't drive the car for a while. I just sent another one off about an hour ago so hopefully I'll have another calibration before the end of the night so I can do it again. I can't wait til tunings done so I can give you guys a good video. My buddy took a video of a highway run the other day but I'm still not fully tuned and I'm not sure he can send it. I may try and get it to hold you guys over

I thougt it sounded good, VTEC sounds like it is coming in much earlier than stock

Vtec is actually set high for tuning right now at 5800, but HHCZ if you don't want your car to be loud and turn heads doing it then this setup is not for you. Video quality is horrible so the true sound does not come across, but it sounds like a whole different car. My setup at the moment is the RBC, zdx throttle body, ktuned fuel rail with 410 rdx injectors, prl 3.5" intake and rv6 downpipe/pcd

Thanks, I think that video quality is having lot to do with it. Am I correct that most of the sound is going from the RV6? Do you have resonator? In the RV6 thread it is said that with resonator the car is much more civil.

You can't hear much from the downpipe unless you're behind the car, I drove it around for an hour or two with the pipe on and noticed very little difference im sound until I had someone drive by me and all the sound was when I was facing the back of the car. The sound in the video is pretty well all the intake mani combined with the prl intake. And no I don't have a resonator I love how loud my car is now hahah
