Stripped Cat Studs - What Now?

So i stripped my secondary catalytic converter studs (only one of them) so what do i do now?

I'm thinking of replacing the studs but are those just pressed in or are they welded in? At this point, i really wished Honda just put in regular bolts and nuts.

If you stripped the head pound a 13mm socket on it and an extension and break it loose

didn't strip the nut, cross threaded the threads on the studs.

Anyways, i found out that the stud is just pressed in. so we just heated it up and banged it out with a hammer. problem fixed.
