I also see on the website. it is sprintboosterusa.com they let you try it for free. the place is in Charlotte NC. i might go check it out or give them a call. it is worth a look or try ha ha. i am from in chapel hill. Tar Heels! i will find some time to try to go down there.
I've dont alot of research on the sprint booster (bored days at work), especially since there was a huge thread about in the TL section here on acurazine. At the end of the day, it does work. Many people have purchased it and experienced very real and positive results. The thing to remember is that when you floor the pedal your car is the same with or without it. It does not add power, just makes the throttle more sensitive. Many people think that this product is not worth the price because you can acheive the same results just by physically pressing a little bit harder on the pedal, which theoretically is true. Some say that with the sprint booster it feels like the DBW system is gone

It is nice to have a better response at the throttle.
Rather than exercising your leg you could actually synchronize the throttle with the clutch better when shifting and a better response would improve the shifting performance.
Besides the power factor, I think that the shifting performance and throttle response would really count both in a straight line acceleration (let’s say 400 m time) and sinuous road.
Of course the TSX is not a race car, but on that principle no one would care to make modifications.
The thing is that a better throttle response could be obtained as part of a reflash which also improves other things. For those who are not interested in reflashing the ECU, this mod is feasible, but for those who plan to reflash the ECU it would mean to double the expense.

I spent alot of time and money trying to get better performance out of my company Honda Ridgeline. It was very sluggish and had no low end torque. I tried two different exhaust systems, an intake, a throttle body spacer and even played with high flow cats. Every thing I tried had a negative that was as big as the positive it produced in power. The S/B was the only thing I did that produced better driveability for the truck. With the Ridge, it was a night and day difference in responsiveness. It DID NOT give any more horesepower or torque, but it took away the sluggish feel even in shifting. It was the best $300 I spent and it took less than 5 minutes to install. Not sure it would be the same difference with all vehicles though.
To answer the mpg question above...It killed mine for the first few tanks because I was having too much fun with it...after that there was no noticeable difference.
