Replacing Rear Window Switches On Driver Door

Ok I did a lazy search, plugged in a few key words, but it didn't yield any results. Has anyone replaced the rear window switches, on the driver side control panel, to automatic roll up and down? I have a 2010 TSX and I hate having to hold the rear window switches to roll up and down. Not sure why Acura skimmped on the auto roll up and down on the rears (safety feature for the kids?). Thanks in advance.

I think you will need an aftermarket controller for them

I doubt just replacing the switches to 4 position ones would work.

I know you can find a controller for these things from directed electronics

thing is, i really wouldn't mess with it, since there are a lot of nice features already stock.

like remote down by double tapping and holding on 2nd press to roll down

and key in lock, lock twice and hold on 2nd to roll em back up.

On my Euro version, the back windows roll down automatic. Maybe there is a way to programm it on the Acura, without try it with new modules?

Thanks for the replies. I think I'll just stick with the factory ones for now. It may be too much trouble just for some rear automatic windows. Thanks again.

i think the driver's side should always have auto on all switches because that way you can flick the switch to close the windows that others left open.

Euro is fannnnnncy. Has anyone looked up the part numbers for the switch module + new trim? I would... but I am lazy.
