Hey guys. I was wondering if anyone here has done a stainless steel brake line mod on his/her car. I wanted to do it myself and I was just wondering if anyone had any recommendations on which brand to buy, etc. I'm also gonna be putting in an Icebox in my TSX this summer and I was wondering if anyone knew of any deals. I wanted to contact BOOSTED since he was selling em well below retail, but he hasn't been active since like March. Anybody know where I can get one for a good price or should I try and just send boosted a PM? Thanks for the help.

 

Any of the big companies' SS brake lines will do you just fine. You'll have to bleed your brakes afterwards, as well.

 

I've got SS brake lines on the front. They came with my Rotora big brake kit.

 

I just wanted to do the brake lines, because the full brake kits are freakin expensive. SS brake lines are something thats a good investment (imo), but I intend to just change to slotted/drilled rotors after my current rotors wear down. I'll probably leave the pads stock, but we'll see. I only have 1200 miles on my TSX, so it might take a while.
