Injen Intake Questions

Okay I know that there have been a few threads about the injen but this ones different. I am getting the injen intake, i just want to know any recommendations on what sites i can buy it from the cheapest and is the model number i'm getting 1432? Theres 2 different ones i think one has a blue filter at the end and the other one is red and one is not legal in california, is there any difference between these? Also do i have to disconnect the battery so the car "learns" and adjusts to the new intake?

yes, disconnect the battery.

i have the blue filter one, its the dry filter where you do not need to oil it every once in a while. that one is CARB pending still.

red one i believe is the oil filter

i got mine at a local shop so im not sure where to tell you the cheapest place is, maybe other members can chime in

Honestly, I would buy from ebay. I think its the cheapest ive seen. And if you pay with paypal, i would not worry about any issues with the seller. Ebay is always really cool about returning your money. Ive seen sites where it actually is cheaper, but the shipping cost is waaay to much.. Ebay ftw

There is only one intake but there are 2 color options for the intake tube: Black or Polished.

Also in terms of where to purchase we have it in stock. Also, we actually support Acurazine and pay to advertise here so that members do not have to pay for membership. You can also feel secure with the fact that we have worked with Acurazine members for over 7 years.
