instead of fiddling and breaking things, i thought id ask first!
what happens if i remove the silver bezel around the fog lights. is it black plastic underneath?
I dont want to pry it out and break it to find out theres nothing underneath, hence, ask first!
thanks

I just bought a 10 TSX, does anyone know what Temp the OEM Headlights are?
I want to change the non-HID Fogs to HIDs but am wondering what temp to go with. If i go wtih 6k (which is what i've always bought for my cars that don't come with HIDs) i don't want it to be too close to the headlights but not exact and look "weird".
I also don't want it super yellow and look riced out either.
I see a lot of people with 6k fogs in their signatures, so is that what everyone goes with?
Thanks!
Andrew

I believe stock HID are 4300K. And as for changing the DRL/high beams to HID - I think it's impossible to do for whatever reason. I'm sure everyone would love to do that but it's just impossible because of the wiring. 3k is going to give you a yellow look. The higher you go up on the Kelvin scale, the less effective you're lighting is and the more it turns into an aesthetic feature. I'd reccomend not going above 6k or so for practicality reasons but it's your car, you're able to do wahtever you want.
