I bought a used one.

1. does anyone have the install PDF for email? Isent a req to CTE just no reply yet.

2. Looking at the pics below am I missing anything as far as brackets and hardware. Thi sis every bit of what I was sent.

by looking at your pictures it appears you are missing the "L" twisted metal bracket that goes under the fender well to secure the lower tube. You can probably figure it out and somewhat fabricate something similar so it doesnt move or rattle.
Good luck if you have not installed yet..., obtw, bumper needs to come off for an easier install.

thanks. i know about the bumper. i need to take it off to clean up my DRL wiring and a few other projects. i bought a bunch of replacement clips from clipsandfasteners.com so i should be good to go!

i saw missing piece in the instructions. I am going to get a new filter and will ask CT-E if they will sell me that brkt today.

otherwise i have some stuff at home to make something.

should have it installed over the weekend or might wait a week for the brkt. we'll see.
