Three Wheelin'
iTrader: (1)
Remove neg battery terminal, wait 3 minutes.
Remove both torx screws from sides of steering wheel.
Undo connectors under steering wheel cover on the very bottom.
Pull airbag out
Wrap the front with a soft cloth or bubble wrap so it doesnt get scratched.
Drill out out rivets with appropriate drill bit (not sure at the moment, but can find out)
Make sure you put something behind the rivet when drilling because the drill bit can go right through and poke a hole in the airbag itself.
I've heard of people cutting them with cutting wheels or cutters but I didn't have much success going that route.
(there are 4 large rivets and 2 small)
Swap covers and use a rivet gun to put new rivets on the other cover
You're done

You forgot to add:
1 When drilling pray to god you don't set the airbag off..
2 After you have installed it back in the car, never get in an accident.
Just buy a Honda badged one frome Europe.
