If you're not sure how to install them, and are determined on installing them yourself you could watch install videos on YouTube to get an idea of what you're looking at. If you can't find one specifically for your vehicle, something like an Accord should be able to give you a rough outline, and the install manual that comes with the coilovers should be able to fill in the blanks.

We do however always recommend professional installation for jobs like this to ensure everything is installed, adjusted, and working properly!
