Will i need a new head unit for a aftermarket sub, amp, n door speakers?

Nav complicates things just a bit. But for the purpose of getting the best signal and gain you should certainly get a headunit. Otherwise youll be blowing $200 each for full spectrum LOCs for each channel. And thats the best case scenario if you don't go aftermarket hu.
