Nav update?

Got a 2013 TSX Tech. It currently has the 2016 maps. (Database ver. USA & CANADA IT007.06.00). I went to the acuranavi website and it shows that my version isn’t compatible with the 2020 map disc? Someone help!!

IDK, I just received a letter offering an update to my 2011 TSX for $99. May do it as mine is currently running about a 2014 map. Website is www.acuranavi.com, or you could call 833-628-6274.

I got this for my 2012 when it went on sale for $99. It is three discs (green series). Has anyone ever done this? It is the most painfully tedious thing I think I've ever done for any car I have ever owned. After typing in a horrendously long product key you get a slightly smaller activation key that you have to enter using the knob in the center, then you have to insert each disc and download the info AND LEAVE THE CAR RUNNING THE WHOLE TIME. Takes about 20 minutes per disc. Once the info is copied it has to do an over the air update which could be another 20-30 minutes. If you turn the car off, it will start all over again with the over the air update. I'm still trying to get through the second disc's OTA update.

Absolutely ridiculous.
