I have a Motorola Adventure V750 on Verizon Wireless, and every time I get in either car (2004 TL or 2009 TSX) the MID display shows "RM" when making a call or while on the phone. I believe that this is the roaming mode. My older VZW phones never had this problem, and the wife's older phone does not have this problem now.

My plan includes roaming, so cost is not an issue. However, I did have 2 questions:

1) Does being in roaming mode affect call quality?

2) Is there anything I need to change setting-wise on either the phone or the cars to make this connect normally?
