hello, im really wanted to upgrade my door speakers front and back but im not really sure where to start or what should i do.

i dont know if i still have to get new amp if i had to change my speakers or just dont change it. i've read in this forum that getting a new amp for a tech packge its not a really good idea since it connected on navigation system.
