Location of XM Tuner on 09 TSX

Location of XM Tuner on 09 TSX
Does anyone have a detailed explanation of where the XM tuner is on the 09 TSX. Ive been told either behind the glove box or inside the passenger rear quarter panel/trunk. Can't seem to find it, though. I'm about to hook up the XM to Sirius kit.
