Issue loading Phonebook from Samsung Gusto
I have paired this phone to my 1009 TSX with no issue . When I open the info screen to import my Phonebook , the top right button to do so is grayed out.
We have anothr of the same TSX and did not have this issue.
I called the help line and they said that this phone should not be a problem to load the Phonebook. They could not answer question about grayed out tab. I stopped at the local dealer and they won't answer my question without making a service appointment. Any suggestions to activate this button?

Try this:
Reboot your phone. Still grayed out?
Delete the car from the phone's BT. Delete all phones from the car.
Reboot your phone.
Re-pair your phone with the car. Import your phonebook.
Do the same for other phones.
If that doesn't fix it then come back and we'll think of something else.

CEB,
Thanks. I did those steps and also disconnected battery and reset codes.
I was able to pair and import the Phonebook from the new Samsung phone on my other 2009 TSX.
I also tried pairing my iPhone, which I use on the vehicle that I don't have a problem with.
I was able to pair but once again, the Phonebook tab is grayed out.
Thanks. I did those steps and also disconnected battery and reset codes.
